This is the best place for hearing aids. Ms Dillen is so kind , helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell that client satisfaction is her goal and the focus is not based on money like some other places. She gave me all the time I needed as well as some great advice for my parents.

Despite my moderate hearing loss and not being able to hear my grandson, I hesitated buying hearing aids after seeing the frustration in my partner who went back for adjustments every other week for 3 years, despite buying three different top of the line hearing aids. We were given Jody Dillon's name and both of us visited her. She spent over 3 hours working with her correcting, adding and adjusting filters. While her hearing loss is severe, the improvement was dramatic. I am happy to say she is getting the most out her hearing aids. Once I saw that Jody was knowledgeable, experienced, detail oriented and not afraid to call the manufacturer for assistance, I jumped at the chance to buy my hearing aids from her and have her adjustment them before we went back home to New Jersey. Now I can hear my grandson who speaks softly. Finding an audiologist like Jody Dillon who knows how to get the best performance from a hearing aid makes all the difference in the world. I highly recommend her to anyone who suffers from hearing loss.

I am writing this review for myself and for Ronald Salsbury. We live in New Jersey and were visiting the Panama City area for the month of February 2017. I needed to have my hearing aids adjusted and was given the name of Jody Dillon and Audibel hearing center by my NJ location. Ms. Dillon did an excellent adjustment on my hearing aids. She is extremely efficient and thoroughly knowledgeable about hearing aids and how to adjust them so you can hear at your optimum level with them. Mr. Salsbury was only thinking about getting hearing aids. He has hearing loss but not as severe as mine. He had Ms. Dillon do a hearing test. She showed him his hearing loss and had him try a hearing aid. He was so impressed to see how well he was able to hear with a hearing aid that he purchased them from her. We are both very satisified and highly recommend Audibel Hearing center in Panama City.
